Work with Developers
DLC works with developers in designating and managing open space areas. DLC partnered with Frank Jacobus of the William Brewster Company to ensure a conservation easement that will protect 100 acres of open space in the new development of Abersham, east of Davidson.
The largely wooded open space represents almost 50% of the 200-acre neighborhood and will be interspersed such that it adjoins all fifty-eight of the home sites and also connects to a future Davidson greenway trail on the West Branch of the Rocky River. |

Sterling Martin, Roy Alexander, and Frank Jacobus agree to a conservation easement for common open space in the Abersham development. |
