SUMMARY:WOW March:  Wacky World of Weather
DESCRIPTION:Have you ever wondered how clouds form? Or what causes thunder and lightning? Or what’s it like inside a hurricane? Join us to explore the “Wacky World of Weather” with Sandy LaCorte\, a local meteorologist and Davidson native. \nDuring this engaging\, hands-on event\, you will learn about thunderstorms\, tornadoes\, hurricanes\, and preparedness. Kids will also create their own tornado in a bottle to take home\, observe a hail-forming demonstration\, and weather permitting—venture outside to observe and learn about the different types of clouds. \nThis outing is for children with their families. The minimum age is 6 years old. \nRegistration is required which you do HERE.  Please read our waivers HERE  By registering for this outing\, you are agreeing to its terms and conditions.
