SUMMARY:WOW May:  Meet the Beekeeper & His Bees
DESCRIPTION:Jesse Holland\, a beekeeper who formed Bizzy Bee\, was instrumental in helping the town of Davidson install bee hives at Fisher Farm Park. Jesse will give us an inside look into the world of bees. He will open a beehive\, take a look at the bee brood\, and talk about the life and jobs of bees as they work together to ensure their colony survival. \nThis outing is for children with their families. The minimum age is 5 years old.  Everyone should wear lose fitting jeans\, closed toe shoes\, and a shirt. Jesse will supply veils and gloves. No matter how much gear we put on\, there is still a possibility of getting stung. If someone is severely allergic to bees\, they should sit this one out. No dogs or strollers please. \nRead our waivers HERE  By registering for this outing\, you are agreeing to its terms and conditions.
