Live music will be provided by the band One Leg Up.  For more information about this great band, please visit their website here.

The dance runs from 7:30-10:30 in the Lilly Family Gallery of Chambers Hall on the Davidson Campus.  The ball features contra dancing and silent and chance auctions of prizes donated by local artists and businesses.  Advance tickets are $10 ($8 for Davidson College students), and may be purchased online by clicking here.  Tickets may also be purchased at the door for $12.

Not a dancer? No problem.  Don’t worry if you have two left feet.  You won’t be alone, and you won’t be alone in having fun.

All proceeds will benefit the Davidson Lands Conservancy, a local non-profit land trust that works to protect natural, open space in the Town of Davidson, as well as Sustain Charlotte. Previous Green Ball events have been a great mixture of Davidson students and Davidson residents of all ages, and all are welcome to attend this fun event to support the DLC.  Tickets are $8 for students, $10 general admission, $12 at the door.
