A vital part of conservation efforts is ensuring our local trails are well-built and sustainable. To achieve that we need a network of Trail Masters who can lead volunteer groups for trail clean-ups. In partnership with Catawba Lands Conservancy and the Carolina Thread Trail, DLC will be hosting trainings to educate interested citizens on proper trail management and construction practices so we can help keeps our trails a safe, vital part of our community.
