GREY ROAD CONSERVATION EASEMENT

Grey Road Easement

The Davidson Lands Conservancy holds a conservation easement with a property owner on Grey Road. The property includes rich woodland, 1,520 feet of stream frontage, approximately 2 acres of water-quality buffer, and some key floodplain on a tributary of the West Branch of the Rocky River. This property is private and not open to the public.
