Get ready for a turtle adventure! Join naturalist Allen Lloyd – who leads our Spotted Salamander outings – as he introduces us to our hometown turtles. Allen will bring several of his live turtles for you to meet up close and gently hold if you’d like. Then we’ll explore together the banks of Roosevelt Wilson Pond in search of these fascinating creatures in their natural habitat. Minimum age is 5 years old. Please, no strollers nor dogs. Be sure to wear sturdy footwear that can get wet.
