WOW April: Nature Hike with Rob Van Epps
Apr 12 at 10:00 am - 11:30 am EDT
Join naturalist Rob Van Epps on a hike in Runneymede Woods, a 50-acre conservation easement held by Davidson Lands Conservancy. We will search for salamanders, newts, frogs, toads, early butterflies, and migrating birds. We will even get to see the “Whale Rock,” known to be the largest granite outcrop in Cabarrus County. The address will take you to our meeting place which is the parking lot for the stables. We will gather there.
This outing is for children with their families. The minimum age is 5 years old. Wear shoes or boots that you don’t mind getting muddy as we will be on and off trails. Please, no dogs or strollers.
