Nature’s most wonderful treasure hunt – foraging!  Join Kathleen McIntyre to search for edible plants emerging this spring such as chickweed, cleavers, violets, purple dead nettle, dandelion, and wood sorrel. Forging is a delightful and nourishing way to connect with Nature!

This outing is for children with their families. The minimum age is 6 years old. Wear shoes or boots that you don’t mind getting muddy.  We will meet in the parking lot.  No dogs or strollers, please.

Read our waivers HERE . By registering for this outing, you are agreeing to its terms and conditions. Pre-registration is required. If you are unable to attend, please update your sign-up so another family may participate. Thank you!

Please click HERE to review the available slots and sign-up. Here’s a link to a great article on the benefits of teaching your child to forage: BENEFITS OF FORAGING
