Trail Master Training
A vital part of conservation efforts is ensuring our local trails are healthy and sustainable. To achieve that we need a network of trail masters that can lead volunteer groups for trail clean-ups. In partnership with Catawba Lands Conservancy and the Carolina Thread Trail, Davidson Lands Conservancy will be hosting training to educate interested citizens.

Fisher Farm Tree and Trail Work
Fisher Farm ParkFulfill your resolution to volunteer more before it's too late and join us at Fisher Farm Park to do some basic tree work. Mulch is a new tree’s best friend. It keeps them cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Some of our newer trees need a mulch refresher and other basic care.

Beaty Park Invasive Removal

Volunteer Work Day at Fisher Farm Park
Fisher Farm ParkThis Friday from 9-11:30 am DLC is hosting a volunteer work day at Fisher Farm Park. The Wildlife Enhancement Collaborative is hosting a controlled burn in the Fisher Farm forest in March to strengthen the canopy. In preparation for this, there are a few projects that need to be tackled at the park including moving
